Dr. Nicole Baum
Therapy
Anxiety, Dating, Adult ADHD, Perfectionism, Body Image and Eating Concerns
Clients often come to therapy carrying quiet pain, pressure, or the weight of old patterns
and ready to be grounded + reconnect with their sense of self.
My Therapy Specialties
-
I support women who feel burnt out from dating–caught in the cycle of chasing, second guessing themselves, bending to be chosen, or stuck in the same painful patterns.
If dating leaves you feeling insecure, invisible, or like you’re always “almost enough,” you’re not alone. You may find yourself over-giving, under-asking, or shrinking just to keep the connection. You might catch yourself wondering: “Am I being too much? Am I not enough? Everything else in my life is on track, so how did I end up here…again?”
-
I have over a decade of experience treating body image concerns and eating disorders, with specialized training at Cambridge Eating Disorder Center.
I understand how exhausting the shame, guilt, and comparison are.
-
I work with women who have spent years holding it all together often by overcompensating, masking, or quietly running on empty.
It’s not that you’re flaky. You've been carrying more than most people can see. Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed or have long suspected ADHD was part of your story, I offer a space to untangle the confusion and rebuild self-trust.
“To begin, begin.”
