About Me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist, licensed in New York and Massachusetts, providing individual therapy for adults and young adults.
I specialize in supporting clients struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship or family issues. I exclusively offer Telehealth services, giving you access to therapy from the comfort of your own space.
I integrate psychodynamic therapy to help us make sense of the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and the world around you. Together, we can explore the deeper roots of distress while also building tools to support you in the present. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to offer practical strategies that foster flexibility, self-compassion, and growth.
Think of our work together as co-creating your story. You bring your insight, strengths, and hopes, I’ll offer a steady, thoughtful space to help you navigate what comes next.
If you’re feeling ready to begin, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. We can talk more about what you're looking for and how I can support you.

My Specialities
Over the course of my training and career, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, including college counseling centers, community mental health clinics, hospitals, and specialized eating disorder treatment centers.
These experiences have shaped my integrative and flexible therapeutic style.
I see therapy as a collaborative process where we create a safe, compassionate space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior (DBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), and relational approaches, I tailor treatment to your unique needs. My work focuses on both building effective coping skills and exploring the deeper beliefs and patterns that shape your life, creating space for resilience, insight, and lasting growth.
I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from William James College and completed my post-doctoral fellowship at the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center.
My background includes extensive experience with both individual and group therapy, always grounded in warmth, authenticity, and empathy.
When I’m not in session, I love being outside, exploring new places, and snapping photos (my camera roll is full of architecture, landscapes, and way too many dogs).
My Australian Labradoodle, Jasper, is never far behind, convinced the camera roll is really his portfolio. I’m also on a quest for the perfect cappuccino foam; a ritual I like to call research.
As a cancer survivor, I carry both a lightness for life’s small moments and gratitude for the meaningful work I get to do every day.
